Mark Bertch - PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS Physical Therapist

After serving honorably in the United States Navy both during and after the Gulf War, Mark Bertch graduated from Creighton University in 2002 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He also graduated from the University of Nebraska with highest distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences majoring in Nutrition Science in 1999. In 2010, Mark was granted certification as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Mark's area of practice focuses on general orthopaedics, but he has an interest in rehabilitation of shoulder / overhead throwing injuries, knee injuries, and sport-specific rehabilitation. Mark has attended multiple continuing education courses in these areas, and has experience working with both collegiate and high school athletes.Mark is also certified in Sole Supports Dynamic Casting Technology. In 2003, Mark became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Mark is currently a member of the Omaha Sports Medicine Alliance.
